4 years, 4 Months and 6 Days. At
the stroke of midnight on July 26, 2004 the NwF offically announced its end. Many may see this as a bad thing, but those in
the NwF, though sad, see it as a way to move on from something great that changed everyones lives.
The end came after the sudden retirment
of Damien Jennings a.k.a. Hardcore D. Damien played a huge roll in how the NwF was run. He set in motion a passion that flowed
through every member. After he left the future of the NwF was in question. We decided to move on though we lost a vital member
of the team. The next to go was Max Merango a.k.a. Maxx Mizzery. Sean Poojarean a.k.a. Sonic Heat followed.
After him was Alexis Buesher a.k.a. Tank Girl, then Kory Espinosa a.k.a. Sir Whats His Mask, then Alex Philbrook
a.k.a. Pyro. That's when the NwF had its deepest wound. Robert Whitaker a.k.a. Venom, one of the two remaining founding
members, left backyard wrestling.
After that the NwF could no longer
function. Its heart and soul, in the form of Damien and Robert, were torn from its body. With that the NwF died and dispite
the remaining members best efforts, the energy that once kept the NwF alive had filtered and died.
Though now none of the members seem
sad. Everyone of them loved his or her time in the ring and will never forget how they got to where they are. Growing and
changing together.
Damien is currently schedualed to
attend EMT school. We wish him the best of luck with that. Max, like other members, is getting ready for his senior year
of high school and hoping to attend collage. Sean will be moving to San Diego in August. He will be deeply missed. Alexis
is still enjoying life as only she can. She is still proud to have been a member of the NwF. Kory has decided to focus his
energy on his true passion, acting and his is doing quite well with that. Alex will be taking over command of Novato High
School's R.O.T.C. unit as soon as the new year begins. As for Robert, he's working two jobs and currently practices boxing
in his spare time. Josh Baldwin a.k.a. Reckless still intends to wrestle and hopes to be attending wrestling school within
the next three years, (he's shooting for the NWA-TNA Asylum wrestling school in Nashville) alongside his dream of becoming
a author. Jordan Atckinson a.k.a. Jordanator hopes to make it as a rapper. With his determination there is no dout he will
succeed. Justin Olsen a.k.a. DoC has not been heard from in months. He seems to have dropped off the planet, but if something
comes up with him it will be posted. Tyler Mirecki a.k.a Kozmo the Pantsing Alien is still alive and well at his home
in Canada. Elise Fincher a.k.a. Princess and Talin Hajinion a.k.a. Talo both attend Santa Rosa Junior Collage and are
deep into their second year. As for Sevog Hajinion a.k.a. Strife (Talin's brother) he is continuing to rock. He currently
fills his time playing bass guitar. Finally Zak Franczak a.k.a. Psych'o'Delic a.k.a. the NwF media god, is also strongly committed
to acting and looks to have a bright future ahead of himself along side Kory.
So it goes...
The NwF is no more, but it will
still echo through the minds of everyone who ever saw them wrestle and knew that dispite their lack of training they still
had the hearts of legends.
